Sports Performance Training Programs

Our sports performance training programs are designed for competitive athletes and hockey players in mind. Featuring a maximum 6 athletes per trainer, our athletes are exposed to the professional guidance of having an experienced trainer with them at all times. Furthermore, our program has our athletes working out in their own age groups. We believe there is no bigger motivation factor than seeing your peers giving their all.

Sports Performance Training Facility

In a country where winter rules, do you really want to spend the few nice months of outdoor weather stuck inside a gym? With our sports performance training programs, you don’t have to. Our facility provides the ability of train in the fresh air, while still being exposed to all the equipment you would find in an indoor gym and more! Workout Logs

A workout log is an important ingredient to ensure our athletes get the most out of their workouts. Without a log, many people will stick with the same weight, or even worse, guess at what weight to use. Doing this results in a slow improvement trajectory, that plateaus very quickly.  At Prosports Training, we provide a mandatory workout log for our athletes to record all their exercises and lifts. This allows the athletes to increase their strength exponentially, as they know exactly when to increase their weight and repetitions.

Planned Workouts

When most people show up to a gym, they only have a vague idea of what exercises they want to do, and what they need to accomplish. This leads to lost time planning exercises, and long breaks waiting for specific equipment. At Prosports Training we take the guessing and waiting out of your workout. Our sports performance training programs feature three new workout plans per week, and a 2 acre facility that has you never waiting for equipment. Our timed stations has our athletes maximizing their time at the gym with no time to procrastinate. Furthermore, our program is designed with the off-season in mind. Starting with an adjustment phase, strengthening phase, and finally a conditioning phase that has our athletes ready for the start of the season.

I want to share some exciting news with you this evening before it is made public tomorrow. I have committed to St Lawrence University to become a future Skating Saint. Thank you for helping me achieve this goal!
