Cognitive Training for Hockey Program

Cognitive Training for Hockey Program Overview

Cognitive training in sports refers to exercises that aim to improve an athlete’s cognitive abilities. This includes improved concentration, better decision-making skills, faster reaction time, and enhanced visual-spatial awareness. Cognitive training in sports can dramatically enhance performance by improving the intake of visual and auditory input. This training allows the brain to process information faster resulting in quicker decisions and reaction time. This gives the athlete the sense that the game has slowed down, allowing them to make better decisions and create more time and space with the puck.

Masen's strength and conditioning has been the talk on LFA campus. His testing numbers are unreal in comparison to his class. He is up with Seniors and surpassed most. He has a confidence about him that Rachel and I have not seen before. So Thank You to you and your staff!!
