Class Training Schedule

Prosports Training Schedules all sessions through our online application on Mindbody.com. Once we have received your order, all sessions purchased will be uploaded onto the application within 24 hours. If you have any further questions due to scheduling, please do not hesitate to contact us.

With the current COVID-19 circumstances, we have implemented a limit of 10 athletes per session with 2 trainers circulating. With our 2 acre facility, we have created ample physical distancing with 2 people at each workout station and a hand washing station at each zone.
