Athletic Strength Development Program

ASD Overview

Sports strength training, should always be focused on the improvement of athleticism. Our Athletic Strength Development Program combines strength exercises with explosive movement drills to achieve this. With the guidance of our program and state of the art facility, we give the athlete the best opportunity to achieve these goals. Each ASD Session is 120 minutes, and features a maximum of 4 athletes per instructor.

To get the most out of our program, we highly encourage our athletes to sign up for our Total Training Player Package or Total Training Goalie Package. This combines our ASD, ESTD, APED, and GMRD programs into one, giving them the best results at a lowered bulk price.

  • Upper Body Strength
  • Lower Body Strength
  • Explosive Vertical lifting and movement
  • Explosive Horizontal Movement
  • Core Strength and Rotational Power
  • Sand segment involving strengthening movement patterns while incorporating balance
