You have 16 TRAINING SESSIONS to book over this 8 Week Period that fits your schedule.

The SILVER program is design to have 2 workout sessions per week, but if you missed a training session one week, or going to be away you can add your sessions to any other week.

You are in control of how you use, and when you book your training sessions.

Each training session is 120 minutes.

A Pro Sports representative will be in contact with you after receiving the registration form with additional information about this program. All training sessions are booked on-line through our on-line booking app (See scheduling for the start times of session throughout the summer)

All payments are by cheque, Cheques are made out to Pro Sports Training

$100 deposit (fully refundable) is required to reserve a spot in the program.
