Training Safe

With the current COVID-19 circumstances, we are facing uncharted territory. As a result, Prosports Training is doing its best to allow our athletes to train effectively while staying safe. Learn how Prosports Training is successfully navigating the situation.

Build Your Program

Prosports Training is divided into four different components of Athletic Training. (as well as a goalie specific program) Each of them are equally extremely important in achieving athletic success.

To get the most out of your program, we highly encourage our athletes to combine these component programs and register for one of our Complete Training Programs (Athletic, Elite, Pro). This combines our ASP, ESD, EMP, PEP, GSP programs into one, giving them the best results at a lowered bulk price.
